What are Greenfin softbaits made of?
Our baits are made from natural proteins. For flavor, we add our own concentrate of fresh garlic and attractants. We use natural substances like coffee grounds to color the baits. Our material is therefore truly 100% organic, and a gill cell test according to OECD 249 standard has shown that our baits are completely safe for fish and the environment.
How long can I fish a lure for?
Greenfin Flex isn't indestructible, but it's exceptionally durable for an organic bait. You can generally fish with it for several hours or even days before losing it or being damaged by fish. Proper handling also determines how long the natural bait lasts. You can find more information in the Greenfin tutorial.
Do the lures dissolve while fishing?
No, the baits only dissolve in water after several weeks. They absorb some water while fishing. Store the baits in their packaging until first use and dry them after fishing.
What happens if the tackle box gets wet?
Leave the lures in their packaging before first use. After fishing, dry the lures and use them again as soon as possible. You should also dry your tackle box after fishing to prevent rust.
Can I store Greenfin baits next to other baits?
Greenfin lures are completely plastic-free. Therefore, the toxic plasticizers used in other lures won't affect them. Nevertheless, you should store the products in their packaging before fishing. Afterwards, you can dry them and place them flat next to other lures.
