General Terms and Conditions
Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) of Capt’n Greenfin AG apply to legal transactions concluded via the online shop www.captngreenfin.com. The mentioned online shop is operated by Capt’n Greenfin AG.
Capt’n Greenfin AG reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The version of the GTC valid at the time of the order applies and cannot be unilaterally changed for this order. Contradictory or deviating conditions of the customer will not be recognized unless Capt’n Greenfin AG explicitly agrees to their validity in writing.
A customer is defined as any natural or legal person maintaining business relations with Capt’n Greenfin AG.
The offer of products and services in the online shop is exclusively directed at customers with residence or company headquarters in Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland or Liechtenstein unless an alternative delivery address is individually agreed upon.
Offers are valid as long as the product is listed in the online shop and/or while stock lasts.
For all product orders requiring a minimum age of 18 years, the customer confirms compliance with these legal provisions by placing the order.
Orders in non-household quantities may be rejected without justification.

Capt’n Greenfin AG strives to keep its online shop innovative and up to date. We provide our services professionally and carefully in accordance with these GTC and other contractual provisions. Capt’n Greenfin AG aims to offer its customers continuously updated products. Opinions expressed by experts and brand ambassadors represent their personal views.
Pricing Information
The sales prices displayed in the online shop are in Swiss francs (CHF). These prices reflect market prices and include all applicable taxes (especially VAT), as well as any advance recycling fees and copyright levies. Additional shipping costs may apply according to our shipping conditions.
Capt’n Greenfin AG reserves the right to change the prices of products and services at any time. The price at the time of the order in the online shop is decisive for the conclusion of the purchase contract.
Paid additional services (e.g., order splitting) will be listed separately on the invoice.
Product Information, Availability, and Warranty Information
Capt’n Greenfin AG makes every effort to provide its customers with the best possible information regarding products and services. This information is partially sourced from manufacturers or experts and brand ambassadors, and compiled in a clear and customer-friendly manner. Any details about products, services, recommendations, warranty terms, and warranty duration published in the online shop or printed materials are without guarantee and not to be considered as an assurance. The accuracy, completeness, and up-to-dateness of the information cannot be guaranteed. Product images in printed materials (flyers, catalogs, etc.) and in the online shop serve illustrative purposes and are non-binding. Capt’n Greenfin AG assumes no liability for advertised products that are sold through external platforms linked to the online shop. The respective terms and conditions of those platforms apply.
Capt’n Greenfin AG carefully maintains availability information to ensure it is as accurate as possible. Many of the offered products are sourced from manufacturers in Switzerland. However, due to production or supply shortages or incorrect stock data, delivery delays may occur. Therefore, all delivery time details are non-binding and subject to change without notice. If a product can no longer be manufactured or supplied, delivery becomes impossible, as described in the "Contract Conclusion" section of these GTC.
Contract Conclusion
The products, services, and prices published in Capt’n Greenfin AG's online shop constitute an offer (invitation to treat). However, this offer is always subject to the (resolutive) condition of delivery impossibility or incorrect pricing (due to errors by manufacturers or Capt’n Greenfin AG). This means that delivery may not occur due to unavailable items, or the prices in the shop may be incorrect.
The contract is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via the online shop, telephone, or email. Upon placing an online order, the customer receives an automatically generated order confirmation by email. This confirmation does not guarantee that the product is actually available or will be delivered. It only indicates that the order has been received and that the contract has been concluded, subject to the condition of non-delivery.
If any of the aforementioned (resolutive) conditions occur, the contract is immediately void without requiring the involvement of the parties. The customer will be informed promptly. If the product has already been delivered, ownership automatically reverts to Capt’n Greenfin AG, and the customer must return the product in exchange for a refund. If the product has not yet been delivered, the customer is neither obligated to pay the purchase price nor to accept the order. In such a case, Capt’n Greenfin AG is not required to provide a replacement but will make reasonable efforts to do so.
Payment Conditions
The customer agrees to use the payment methods provided by Capt’n Greenfin AG. The available payment methods and any associated fees are listed in the Shipping & Payment Terms and are displayed in detail during the checkout process.
For credit card or other instant payment methods, the charge is applied at the time of ordering.
Retention of Title
Delivered products remain the property of Capt’n Greenfin AG until full payment has been made. The customer automatically grants Capt’n Greenfin AG the right to enter a retention of title in the appropriate register if necessary.
Default of Payment
If the customer fails to fulfill their payment obligations in full or in part, they are immediately in default without further notice for all outstanding amounts. Capt’n Greenfin AG reserves the right to suspend all deliveries and may withdraw from the affected orders.
Capt’n Greenfin AG may charge reminder or collection fees from the second payment reminder onwards. If necessary, Capt’n Greenfin AG may transfer collection processes to an external agency, which may incur additional costs for the customer.
Cancellation and Contract Termination
Customer orders placed with Capt’n Greenfin AG are binding as per the "Contract Conclusion" section of these GTC. The customer is therefore obligated to accept the ordered products/services. Changes and cancellations may be possible in certain cases but are at the discretion of Capt’n Greenfin AG and may incur administrative fees.
Returns and Exchanges
Products can be returned within 30 days from the invoice date. The items must be new, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and include all tags and original packaging, along with the invoice. The customer bears the cost of the return. Shipping fees for express deliveries are non-refundable. Capt’n Greenfin AG does not assume responsibility for lost or delayed returns. It is recommended to track the package.

The following products are excluded from returns:
- Items from special promotions (e.g., "Top Deals")
- Items marked as “non-returnable”
- Products specifically ordered for customers
- Custom-made products
Defective or incomplete items may be returned for a replacement. If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued. Exchanges or returns for the above-mentioned items are generally not possible unless otherwise agreed upon.
Delivery and Warranty
Customers must check delivered or collected products immediately for accuracy, completeness, and damage. Any issues must be reported within five calendar days.
Capt’n Greenfin AG cannot guarantee long-term performance for its own Greenfin products due to a lack of long-term experience. Other products are covered by the respective manufacturer’s warranty.
Warranty coverage excludes:
- Damage from misuse, mechanical impact, excessive wear, or modifications
- Consumables such as batteries, lamps, etc.
The warranty does not extend due to replacements or repairs.
Liability
Capt’n Greenfin AG is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or malfunction of delivered products, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is the registered office of Capt’n Greenfin AG. Swiss law applies.
