Exchanges and Returns

If you would like to return or exchange an item, please first submit your return request via our contact form.

  • Item in question
  • Reason for return

Exchange and return

Items can be returned to Capt'n Greenfin AG within 30 days of the invoice date. Please note: The goods must be returned new, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, including the label(s) and original packaging as well as the invoice. The costs for the return shipment will be covered. Please also note that we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or delayed returns. We therefore recommend that you track the parcel using the parcel tracker. Responsibility is transferred to us as soon as the return has reached our warehouse.
