Dropshot Hooks
The VMC Drop Shot Hooks (7119 BN) are perfect for fishing with the drop shot rig. They are made of high-quality vanadium steel, and the Barbarian bend in the hook shank provides extra stability. This allowed relatively thin, ultra-light material to be used so as not to impair the swimming action of the drop shot bait. In addition, the VMC Drop Shot hooks have an extremely sharp Spark Point tip that reliably grips in the fish's mouth even without much pressure.

What are your jig heads and weights made of?
Greenfin weights are made from a unique alloy that has a higher density than tin, zinc, and steel. At the same time, it is harder than lead and more affordable for you than tungsten.
Why aren't you using tungsten?
We want to create an alternative that is affordable for the general angling community. Our alloy is significantly cheaper than tungsten and still has the right properties to be a good replacement for lead.
Which hooks do you use?
We have been partners with the French company VMC since the beginning, as their hooks are also of European production.
Do the hooks also detach?
The hooks are uncoated and can simply rust away if left underwater. The alloy is lead-free and classified as harmless by the European Chemicals Agency.
Where are your jig heads manufactured?
The jig heads are developed in Switzerland and produced in the EU.
